Afonso Henriques, Galerias da Vila, Block D - Room F, Arruda dos Vinhos, 2630-232 Arruda dos Vinhos, with the Tax No. 5144411260 (hereinafter referred to as FLOWDOG) and the Users of the Website and are intended to provide general information regarding the provision of the “FLOWAGILITY” service.

About the Flow Agility Website
The website simultaneously positions itself as a content aggregator platform about the canine sporting discipline known as “Agility” and as a social network.
The website is a repository of information with content that is of interest to the Agility community, whether it be competitors, breeders, clubs, federations, companies associated with the discipline, or simply those interested by the discipline. On the website, users can find, in particular, news about the discipline, results of competitions, path of the idols of the sport, training methods and other useful information.
The website has an area accessible to general Users and a reserved area accessible only to registered Users.

The FLOWAGILITY Service covers, in general terms, the following services:
In order for the services of this website to be provided, the collaboration of the Agility Clubs and the Federations is essential.
Both the Clubs and the Federations have an area composed of 3 sections. The first is the public section containing the institutional information that these entities intend to make available to the public. The second is the section reserved for members, where calendars, registrations, fees, payments and other administrative aspects of participation at events will be managed. The third section is the back office section where all the available content is managed, where all the approvals are made and all the issuing of licences is conducted. The back office section is also where all the data from all the trials for which they are responsible are automatically received, updated in real time.
Event data may be used by the website. The organisers of the events must ensure at the time of registration for the same that the participants grant authorisation for the dissemination of their image, the upload, dissemination and comments of videos of their trials within the context of participation of the trials on the website. In the same way, the organisers of the trials must have the necessary authorizations of the judges before divulging the courses in order to be able to use these intellectual creations, in this context.
Once registered, the Registered User will be able to access the reserved area by entering their “Email” and a “Password”.
FLOWDOG is not responsible for the veracity of the information provided by the User, who is solely responsible for the veracity, accuracy and authenticity of the personal data entered thereby.
Once a Password has been assigned to the User, the User acknowledges that it is non-transferable and undertakes to use that information in a lawful and diligent manner, keeping it confidential, being responsible for its custody and confidentiality, and undertakes not to cede its use to third parties, temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to third parties.
The User undertakes to inform FLOWDOG immediately of any fact or act that allows the improper use of the identifiers or codes by third parties, such as theft, robbery, loss or unauthorised access thereto, in order to proceed to their cancellation.
Whenever the User does not communicate the occurrence of such facts, FLOWDOG is exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of the identifiers or codes by unauthorised third parties.
In case that the User uses the website to contract the services available thereon, such contracting will require, in addition, the knowledge and acceptance by the User of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as any Specific Conditions that, according to the contract, have been established for this purpose, which will be transmitted to the User during the contracting process.
Payments made on this website will be made through the payment system: Paypal (link to the terms and conditions) and Hipay (link to the terms and conditions). FLOWDOG does not save, nor does it have access to the data of the users’ cards.
FLOWDOG provides a complaint handling service. This service can be contacted by email: email@example.com
FLOWDOG ensures that all complaints will be handled and responded to within a maximum of 15 days.
All complaints will be responded to via the email address provided by the complaining party.

FLOWDOG reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to change, add, update or remove, in whole or in part, these General Terms and Conditions of Use.

FLOWDOG has the exclusive right, at any time, to suspend, in whole or in part, access to the website, especially in the operations of management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernisation and to terminate, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part, at any time, according to its will, the website or any of the services, without prior notice.
The User acknowledges that the contents of this website are protected by intellectual property rights and undertakes to respect those rights.
The rights to texts, images, graphics, sound and animation and all other information, as well as how they are represented graphically on the website, including trademarks, logos, symbols and the layout and structure of the website are the property of FLOWDOG. The User is not authorised to transmit, publish, modify, copy, sell, use or distribute, in any way, the texts, images or other information contained on this website or part of the website without prior written authorisation from FLOWDOG. The use of trademarks and logos on this website, as well as the availability of materials on the website, do not grant and cannot be interpreted as granting permission to Users to use, directly or indirectly, such trademarks, logos or materials
The User owns all of the content and information that he/she publishes on the website. With regard to content covered by intellectual property rights, such as photos and videos, the User grants a specific, non-onerous authorisation for FLOWDOG to use any content that he/she posts on the website. The User may not publish any content that constitutes an infringement or disrespect of the rights of third parties or the law. FLOWDOG may delete any content or information posted by the User on the website if it believes that it constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. If the User collects information/data from other users to post to the website, he/she must: obtain their consent and provide information on how it will be used, making it clear that FLOWDOG is not responsible for such publication.
FLOWDOG will not be liable for errors that may occur due to system irregularities, failure (temporary or permanent) of the website, applications or other tools. FLOWDOG is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or from inability to use the website.
Access to, browsing and use of the web page and the use or contracting of the services or products offered through it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User, and the User undertakes to observe any additional instruction provided by FLOWDOG or by authorised personnel thereof, related to the use of the website and its contents, in a faithful and diligent manner.
The website architecture is based on multi-vendor infrastructure, with the main vendors being Microsoft Azure, Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The service provided by Microsoft Azure meets the ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2 security and market resilience requirements. The server components are installed on the Western Europe node, in a resilient and balanced cluster. All communications with the server are encrypted with X.509 v3 RSA-SHA256 SSL certificate.
To access the features and contents of the system, all users are required to maintain private accounts, the restricted access of which is guaranteed through a combination of a username and a password. At the same time, the primary account can be associated by the user with external service accounts, such as a Facebook account, in order to speed up access to the solution. Password security policies follow the best and latest market practices.
In order to install the application on Apple devices, an individual Apple account, known as an Apple ID, is required. Apple’s policy requires the use of strong passwords with the Apple ID. In order to install the application on Android devices, an individual Google account, known as a Google Account, is required. Google’s policy requires the use of strong passwords with the Google Account.
After the application is installed, the processed data is allocated to the reserved and exclusive space of the internal memory. The information is kept encrypted with resource to the private keys of the device itself. Access to the application takes place through the use of the primary account access credentials. No application feature is publicly accessible. No registered data is publicly accessible. The application and the locally stored data are not covered by the server’s safeguards policy.
The website may provide links to the pages of other entities. These websites do not belong to, nor are operated or controlled by FLOWDOG, therefore FLOWDOG is not responsible for, nor does it approve or otherwise support or endorse the content of these websites, or the websites linked to them or referred to therein. The use of these links is the sole responsibility of the Users.
The creation of links to the website requires prior written and express authorisation.
In order to resolve all questions and disputes that may arise, inherent in these Terms and Conditions, the jurisdiction of the District Court of Lisbon is exclusively competent, with express waiver of any other.
